Everyone can!
Boys have the misconception that Childline is
only for girls, for sissies, "that real men don't
cry", that is not true. Boys and girls have the same
problems and boys feel as deeply as girls do about there
problems, it is just harder for them to open up and talk about
it. More boys and young
men contact Childline about their problems than any other
organisation – but they still represent a very small
percentage of calls received.

Childline aims to help boys understand that
everyone needs help and advice at times, and that asking for it
isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. We also seeks
to dispel some of the negative myths about boys and to celebrate
the many contributions they make to society.
